VoiseAi (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-powered communication and marketing automation tools for business customers (“Clients”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
1) Who this applies to
Clients who sign up for and use our Services.
Client End Users/Leads/Contacts whose data our Clients upload to or process through our Services.
Website visitors who browse voiseai.com and related pages.
If you are a Client, you must ensure you have a lawful basis to process your End Users’ personal information and to share it with us for processing.
2) Information we collect
Account & Billing: name, business details, email, phone, login credentials, plan tier, payment information (processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider).
Customer Data (Processor Data): contact lists, call/SMS/email logs and content, recordings/transcripts (where enabled and lawful), campaign metadata, tags, notes, and CRM fields that Clients provide.
Communications: support requests, surveys, and feedback.
3) How we use information
Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
Host, route, and deliver communications (calls, SMS, emails, social messages).
Configure AI features (e.g., voice agents, automations, routing, scoring, copy suggestions).
Secure accounts, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce policies.
Provide support, training, and product communications.
For Processor Data: we process solely on your instructions and for your purposes as described in our agreement and, if applicable, our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
4) Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our legal bases include:
Contract necessity (to deliver the Services).
Legitimate interests (security, service improvement, fraud prevention).
Consent (where you give it, e.g., certain cookies/recordings).
Legal obligation (compliance and law enforcement requests).
5) Sharing & disclosures
We may share information with:
Subprocessors/Service Providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, telephony, email, AI/ML providers such as Twilio, Google, Meta, OpenAI, and Go HighLevel) under contracts and data-protection terms.
Payment processors for billing.
Professional advisors (legal, accounting, insurance).
Business transfers (mergers, acquisitions, financing).
Legal where required to comply with law or protect rights/safety. We do not sell personal information.
6) International transfers
We may transfer data to countries with different data-protection standards. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and supplementary measures.
7) Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Clients control retention of their Processor Data; when a Client deletes data, we follow with timely deletion from active systems and scheduled backups.
8) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and risks (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit, audit logging). No method is 100% secure; you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and configurations.
9) Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to certain processing.
EEA/UK: GDPR/UK GDPR rights.
California: CCPA/CPRA rights (access, delete, correct, opt-out of sharing/targeted advertising if applicable). Requests from Client End Users should be directed to the relevant Client (the data controller). We assist our Clients in fulfilling such requests as required.
10) Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and features. You can adjust browser settings or cookie preferences where offered; some features may not work without certain cookies.
11) Communications & recordings
If you enable call/SMS/email/social features, ensure you comply with applicable consent and recording laws (one-party vs. two-party consent, marketing opt-ins, TCPA/CASL, etc.). You are responsible for your templates, scripts, and contact methods.
12) Children
Our Services are for business use and not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
13) Changes
We may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be reasonably notified.
